چکیده

This study investigates the effects of take-back legislation and channel structures on pricing, collection, coordination in a closed-loop supply chain (CLSC). By establishing centralized, manufacturer-led, retailer-led CLSC models, we analyze equilibrium solutions players government. We obtain following results. (1) The manufacturer can accept higher collection target exit market later centralized model than decentralized decision-making models. Moreover, exists earlier with regulation compared manufacturer-led model. (2) government's optimal is same under models when comes into force. (3) Revenue-sharing two-part tariff contracts effectively coordinate CLSCs legislation. Finally, conduct several numerical examples relevant managerial insights. Our results indicate that correlation between structure has significant impact pricing decisions CLSC; furthermore, government should flexibly set facing different power CLSC.

Considering Pricing Problem in a Dynamic and Integrated Design of Sustainable Closed-loop Supply Chain Network
Flexible and dynamic supply chain network design problem has been studied by many researchers during past years. Since integration of short-term and long-term decisions in strategic planning leads to more reliable plans, in this paper a multi-objective model for a sustainable closed-loop supply chain network design problem is proposed. The planning horizon of this model contains multiple strate...
متن کاملTake-Back Legislation and its Impact on Closed-Loop Supply Chains
In this article, we introduce and exemplify existing legislation that regulates the end-of-life processing of used products and discuss potential implications of such legislation on closed-loop supply chains (CLSCs). Using a generic CLSC model, we provide our perspective on how such legislation in general influences different stakeholders in closed-loop supply chains.
متن کاملCoordination of a Bi-Level Closed-Loop Supply Chain considering Economic and Green Transportation Modes
In recent years, comprehensive researches have provided ample support for the supply chains in the coordinated decision-making framework. However, the issue of closed-loop supply chain coordination considering various transportation modes has not yet been addressed in the literature. In this paper, a two-echelon closed-loop supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer is investigate...
متن کاملA joint pricing-network design model for a resilient closed-loop supply chain under quantity discount
In this paper, a novel resilient multi-echelon closed-loop location-allocation-inventory problem (RMCLIP) is addressed that optimizes strategic and tactical decisions simultaneously. In order to represent the purchasing cost of raw material from the supplier, a pricing model under quantity discounts is employed in the closed-loop supply chain (CLSC). Considering the capability of returning the ...
متن کاملCoordination and competition in a closed loop supply chain
This paper studies coordination and competition issues in a closed-loop supply chain. The supply chain consists of two competing manufacturers who collect the used-product for remanufacturing through a common retailer. We obtain the optimal wholesale prices, and the optimal fraction of collection for the two cases: case1 (uncoordinated system) and case2 (channel-coordinated system). Furthermore...
